MINIMUM STAYS – 2 night stay from Friday-Sunday  One night stays are permitted Sunday-Thursday.

We do not offer Saturday check in or check out. Unfortunately no pets are permitted.

Food, Drinks AND Snacks.

Only food, drinks and snacks served from our bistro or mini bar are permitted on site. We DO NOT  allow any food, drinks, snacks or alcohol to be brought on site for consumption.

Our talented chefs  freshly prepare your meals every day using only locally sourced produce.

Check in time : 2pm Check out Time: 10am. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate earlier check in or later check out. This is due to the clean down required of each pod and its contents.

When booking please select your day of arrival and your day of departure.

Each pod has its own private Hot tub,  if you wish to use a hot tub during your stay, please add on as a extra at check out to avoid any disappointment. 

Each hot tub has to be emptied, cleaned and refilled prior to your arrival for health and hygiene reasons. We can not guarantee that temperatures of the hot tub will be up to full heat (40c) by the time you check in at 2pm. Please allow time to reach your preferred temperature and keep the COVER on when not in use, please take into consideration when booking, we would rather a fresh, clean hot tub for our guests as opposed to a hot used one.

The hot tub is non refundable against your stay. if it rains or you don’t use after booking due to chlorine cost and electricity 

Changing your booking or cancelation policy

If you wish to cancel or make rearrangements to your booking you will need to do so 7 days prior to check in. Unfortunately, we don’t issue refunds but we will issue you a rebooking voucher for the same amount of your current booking that can then be used up to 3 months after its issue date

Pod 9, Known as our hideaway pod,

tucked away amongst weeping willows, the island and a large weeping willow is situated in front of you, with great access to the main body of water to your right, with depths of 10 ft. Enjoy complete privacy whilst relaxing in your hot tub and watching a film on the outdoor cinema.

Whether you are keeping warm inside insulated cabin in the winter or by your private fire pit on a summers evening, you will love the private experience of pod 9.

Pod 9 can accommodate two adults and two children.

We recommend you bring the following, Towels, Bath robe, flip flops, Sanitary bag 

Select both your arrival and departure date when making your booking.

if you wish to participate in fishing during your stay, select the number of nights fishing, then proceed to check out, any extras you wish to add we recommend you add them now to your booking to avoid any disappointment.

You only pay for your lodge payment via the website that secures your dates, All extras are paid at reception when you check in at the lake

We only accept CARD PAYMENTS on site we are a cashless business so please bare this in mind prior to arrival.

We do not offer self catering options. If there is any other extras you wish to add to your stay like Hot Tub please do so prior to check out to avoid any disappointment. You only pay for your Glamping pod via the website Fishing and all other extras will be charged when you check in on site. This helps you spread the cost of your stay if booking in advance.

Terms and Conditions – 

Only one angler is permitted to fish per pod, with use of up to 3 carp rods per pod and 1 float fishing rod. you can share the pod with a angling companion but its a maximum of 3 carp rods per pod and 1 float fishing rod.

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your  booking  you will need to notify us 7 days prior to your check in day. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, this includes cancellations due to ill health, covid, changes in guidelines and natural disasters.

However,  we do offer a gift voucher for the same amount as your original booking that can be used from 6 months of issue date.
